We went to bat for our client facing a 0.125 BAC DUI arrest and charge in Marietta Municipal Court in Cobb County, Georgia. First, we successfully got the Administrative License Suspension off the table so that our client didn’t have to face a mandatory suspension of their Georgia driver’s license. Next, we were able to show a conscientious prosecutor the issues with the case and get an offer of a reduced charge. Now, our client will not have a DUI, a license suspension, or a lengthy term of probation.
