Warrant Application Denied
May 2021
A predatory car lender went to the Cobb County Magistrate Court in Marietta, Georgia and took our an application for an arrest warrant against her. They alleged she had kept a car on which she had stopped making payments. This lemon of a vehicle, within just a few months of purchase, broke down. The car was returned to the seller. Yet that seller still tried to get a warrant for our client's arrest. But attorney Alan J. Levine showed up to Court where he objected to the loads of hearsay evidence the seller tried to present. The magistrate judge denied and quashed the warrant application. Our client walked out of Court a free woman.
